RISE Community Food HUB

We have been supporting the community to distribute essential food and household supplies in Haringey during the Covid-19 pandemic. Many of our service users have reported that they are currently facing a food crisis, made worse by children being off from school and many people losing their jobs. This has caused financial hardships on families already facing challenging circumstances.

We have been supporting disadvantaged people by purchasing non-perishable and sourcing free surplus food every week from the Felix Project depot in Enfield and then redistributing this to vulnerable members of the community, especially those people who are most isolated, who are unable to afford food, unable to go to the shops or unable to support themselves during this difficult time. We are very grateful to the Felix Project, City Bridge Trust and Haringey Giving in supporting this project to support the community.

We operate out of St Ann’s Library in Tottenham every Saturday between 12-4pm. If you need support please call us on 07706 669069 or email us on info@riseprojects.org.uk to receive a weekly food drop to your address.
